Equipment Manager

The Manager of the Equipment Management Department ensures that all leased equipment is always in the best possible condition and ready for redeployment. The Equipment Manager is responsible for monitoring and tracking all leased equipment, for the deployment, adequate maintenance, proper operation and safety of the leased equipment, and if necessary, the repossession, refurbishment and redeployment. The Manager coordinates the activities of partners and (sub)contractors (such as third-party maintenance providers and distributors) and is responsible for the proper staffing and management of the department. S/he will also engage in developing specifications and equipment risk profiles, and in evaluating and selection of equipment. Candidates needs to have at least a BSc degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in a managerial role for a maintenance department of a diversified equipment rental company or an established organization with a diversified fleet of heavy and industrial equipment.

Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the decision-making process within the Company with analysis of internal and external data, market research and trends, and with proposals for process improvement and for new initiatives. S/he engages in market, industry, technical and competitive research, statistical and in-depth data analysis and in development of financial models, simulations and business plans. The candidate needs to have very strong (financial) analytical skills and a solid mathematical modeling background, at least a BA degree in economics, finance, marketing, or a related field and a minimum of two years’ experience as business analyst, in research and planning, for a larger, complex financial services or an industrial company.
